I’ve been using ChatGPT Plus for about 2 months now. When you do that, you’re upgraded to GPT-3.5-turbo (much faster, more effective), but you also can utilize GPT-4 (slower, but incredibly more powerful!)

I’ve noticed that Plus is much more capable of handling longer, complex prompts, and then the free version, and the answers tend to be much more detailed and in line with what I’m after.

I say give it a try for a month and if it’s not worth it to you, just cancel. That was my plan and well… I ended up keeping it lol.

Do you mainly use GPT-3.5-turbo or have you been using GPT-4 quite a bit? I think GPT-4 completely blows anything else out of the water in that regard.

And what kinds of tasks are you having ChatGPT do for you?

I usually go with GPT 4 until I’ve gone through the 25 prompt limit. I’ll jump into Bing at that point but I really only like it for summarizing articles or quick research.

Or, I’ll use GPT 3.5 if the info I’m seeking is more basic.

I’ve been mostly using the faster 3.5 unless it is something that requires more logic and info. Primarily I was using it to summarize and rewrite passages that I had already written inn my own words to sound more “scholastic”. and if it got to wordy I would then ask it to dial it back some .

It’s a COMPLETE step up from the free version. I’m just about to post about a brand new feature that just got released for Plus users! Goes off what were discussing about building a company/podcast template that you can feed ChatGPT.

ChatGPT themselves beat us to the punch lol.
