    I would use CapCut for this.

    After you’ve loaded your video into CapCut, you would Split the timeline where you want to make a zoom, then adjust the Scale of your video.

    Typically I’ll play between 100% – 120% scale depending on how close I filmed the video to myself.

    I can put together a brief tutorial for you on this. Might make it a bit easier to understand.

      yea that would be great. I was playing with capcut and its a minor learning curve. im sure you have some good tips as theres lots of options
